Introduction

This guide is intended to help students start their research topic on World War II, sometimes referred to as the Second World War.  It provides recommended starting points and highlights important print and electronic resources that will enable you to effectively conduct historical research, specifically topics on World War II.  This guide also provides insights on how to find primary and secondary sources for military history.
