Working off-campus?

Gain access to library subscribed online resources using your Library Username and Password. Don't know what they are? See the instructions below.

How to Setup Library Username and Password Access

Follow the instructions to set up username and password access to library databases remotely:

  1. If you do not know your Username, contact the Library Service Desk either in person, by phone at 333-4664, email libInfo@afacademy.af.edu or use Live Chat on this page or from the Library Website
  2. To Login, go to the Library Website:  https://usafa.insigniails.com/Library/Home 
  3. Click the Login link located on the upper right side of the page
  4. If you do not know your Password, click on the link Forgot your password? under the Login button and follow the remaining steps below
  5. Enter your Patron ID (Username) and Email Address -- please use your @usafa.edu address, or @afacademy.af.edu address if you registered with this email domain -- then click Ok 
  6. Find your email with the subject line, Reset Your Password
  7. In the email: Click here to reset your forgotten password 
  8. Enter your new password. It must contain: 2 upper case letters, 2 lower case letters, 2 numbers, 2 special characters and be at least 9 characters in length, but can be longer
  9. Remember: Username and password fields are case sensitive. 

 Once you have entered the login details, you will be able to access most library databases remotely using your username and password.
