Core Subject Databases

Produced by the American Geosciences Institute, GeoRef is a comprehensive database for geosciences research. In addition to journal articles, you will also find reports, books, maps, and theses from around the world.  

GeoRef in Ebsco:  Our library subscribes to GeoRef through Ebsco, so the search interface is like other Ebsco databases, and includes new records from GeoRef in Progress in a pending state for GeoRef.

Interdisciplinary Databases

Cited Reference Searching:

An important research tool to find out who has cited a particular article or author. Discover connections between references, such as number of times an article (or book) has been used by other researchers since the publication date.

Discovery Service

Discovery is a search tool to help you find articles from databases. Enter keyword(s), title or author, then click search.  Refine results with filters: Publication Date, Source Types (Academic Journals), Subject.  Use the Advanced Search option for more detailed searching.
